Processing Time



All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.



Shipping & Delivery



All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary. I am not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to USPS.



Incorrect Address



Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.



Delivered Packages



If USPS tracking shows that a package has been marked as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered. I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.


If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:


  • Check with household members
  • Check your mailbox, porch, or surrounding area
  • Contact your local USPS office for further assistance




Lost or Stolen Packages



I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases.



Returns & Refunds



Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.


Refunds will only be issued in the rare case that an order is returned to sender due to an error on my end.
